View villa is a beautiful stone villa, built in the traditional Cretan style with classical archways, wood beam ceilings, stone tiled floors and a large Cretan fireplace. The villa is built from local stone designed to keep guests cool in summer and warm in the Winter.  Thea is located in a quiet setting with its own stone terrace downstairs surrounded by roses and oleander trees. The terrace faces North with a manificent view of Souda Bay.  There is a second terrace upstairs from which you have a beautiful view south towards the White Mountains.

View villa is a spacious house which has more than enough room for up to seven guests.  On the ground floor there is a very well equipped kichen with a fridge, a cooker, a micro wave and all the utensils that you could wish for.  Leading from the kitchen in an open plan design there is a dining room  with a large dining table around which eight guests  can sit comfortably. The dining room leads into a spacious living space which is decorated according to Cretan classical design.  Adjacent to the living area there is a double bedroom which is perfect for guests who prefer not to use the bedrooms on the first floor.  There is an adjoining modern bathroom with a shower and a small utilities room with a washing machine which is very useful for guests with young children.

The first floor is acessible by stairs at both ends of the ground floor.  There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower located on this floor.  Bedroom 1 has a double bed and traditional furniture.  This room has a beautiful view north towards Souda Bay and is particularly spectacular by night.  Bedroom 2 is a very spacious area with a double bed and a single bed. This room has two terraces; one terrace faces South West towards the White Mountain and the other towards the sea and Souda Bay. Both bedrooms are comfortable and designed to give you a good night’s sleep after a day’s sun bathing or something more active.  Both bedrooms have access to a very modern bathroom with a shower.

Outside and facing North there are sunbeds for your use if you wish to speand a lazy day sunbathing around the house whilst admiring the vew.  Beach towels are available for your use should you be travelling light.
